COK on NBC4 in DC: "Vegetarians, Veggie-Curious Attend VegFest DC"

Sept. 26: APRL's Veg Pledge & Compassion Bash

The Animal Protection and Rescue League (APRL) is hosting its Second Annual Compassion Bash, a fundraising and "friend"-raising event in San Diego designed to increase support for farmed animal advocacy efforts. The Bash, which marks the final event in APRL's week-long Take the Veg Pledge Challenge, inspired by COK's Takoma Veg Week earlier this year, includes COK's Erica Meier as a guest speaker.
